This vacuum cleaner is being sold by our rental company after previously being part of our rental fleet. The unit is used and may show normal signs of wear such as minor scratches or cosmetic marks from regular use. However, it has been routinely inspected and maintained within our operations and is fully functional at the time of sale. This makes it a cost-effective alternative to buying new while still getting a machine designed to handle regular use. POWERvac – an industrial vacuum cleaner for all types of dust. The POWERvac is used as an industrial vacuum cleaner for all types of dust, shavings, oil, and water. The M version is suitable for all hazardous fine dusts with MAK values ​​above 0.1 mg/m³. The H version is suitable for use with all hazardous fine dusts, regardless of the MAK values. Even carcinogenic and pathogenic dusts can be vacuumed with this model. In both models, the clean air is recirculated back into the work area. The EX version, with its ignition source-free design, is also suitable for combustible dusts of all dust explosion classes in Zone 22. This industrial vacuum cleaner is suitable for continuous operation. The suction process takes place in three phases: First, a cyclone separation process occurs. This separates liquids, coarse dust, and shavings from the suction stream. Next, fine dust is separated by the main or pocket filter. In addition to this PTFE-coated polyester needle felt filter, the industrial vacuum cleaner has an additional safety filter. This captures the remaining fine dust in a third step. This ensures the removal of a particularly high number of pollutants and safeguards the health of employees in the workplace. To guarantee the longevity of the suction power, the main filter undergoes pneumatic POWERschock cleaning. This occurs regularly during vacuuming operation to make the device more efficient. The cleaning process takes place without additional compressed air. The mechanical centrifugal separator is maintenance-free. The POWERvac 40, 55, and 75 industrial vacuum cleaners are identical in construction, differing primarily in their motor power and airflow rate. While the POWERvac 40 achieves a power output of 4 kW and an airflow of 400 m³/h, the POWERvac 55 delivers 5.5 kW and 520 m³/h. The POWERvac 75, on the other hand, offers a motor power of 7.5 kW and an airflow of 840 m³/h. These three models feature a large filter area, with the main filter measuring 22,600 cm². Depending on the model, an additional 24,000 cm² or 25,000 cm² of safety filter area is also included. This results in a total maximum filter area of ​​47,600 cm². The collection container for this series has a capacity of 100 liters.
