The following are repairs completed by the CAT Dealer prior to Marcel Equipment owning the machine;
At 4,841 hours, installed NEW DEF manifold
At 5,006 hours, installed NEW trunnion bushings & sealed
At 5,239 hours, installed NEW EGR valve
The following was completed by Marcel Equipment;
Upon arrival to yard, machine was completely stripped for power washing
Machine was inspected visually & operationally
Engine oil filter was cut open - clean
Transmission filters were cut open - clean
Hydraulic filters were cut open - clean
Axle oils were checked - levels good & oils clean
Replaced transmission oil
Replaced hydraulic oil
Replaced axle oils
DEF pump filter
DEF tank filter
Inspected articulation hitch - good
Checked rear axle trunnions - good
The following performance checks were completed to ensure within OEM spec;

Installed NEW cutting edges on bucket
Installed NEW fender plastics where required
Recharged ride control accumulators to proper pressures
Installed NEW belt tensioner, idler pulley bearing & serpentine belt
Serviced parking brake assembly & installed NEW pads
Resealed right side steering cylinder
Cleaned & serviced all ground & circuit breaker connections
Calibrated boom position sensors
Tested & serviced batteries & connections
Resealed block heater
Greased machine
Completed miscellaneous repairs as required
Machine is ready to go to work.
