The following are repairs completed by the CAT dealer prior to Marcel Equipment owning the machine;
At 675 hours, installed NEW ERG differential pressure sensors
At 675 hours, installed NEW blade control joystick
At 1,667 hours, installed NEW updated ARD air control valve
At 2,845 hours, installed NEW track groups on machine (28”)
At 2,845 hours, installed NEW sprocket segments
At 2,845 hours, installed NEW idlers
At 2,845 hours, installed NEW track rollers
At 2,845 hours, resealed track frame cannons
At 2,845 hours, resealed blade lift cylinders & installed NEW bearings
At 5,071 hours, installed NEW DPF filter
At 5,731 hours, installed NEW batteries
When unit arrived in yard, MEL had local CAT dealer complete the following:
Strip machine for power washing
CAT TA inspection
Update ECM flash files
Cut open all filters & inspect for contaminates - all clean
Service emissions system if needed (filters, dpf, spark plug, injector, etc)
Inspect magnetic plugs/screens & suction screens- all clean
Serviced engine
Check oil levels
Inspect oils for discolouration
Check for logged & active codes & repair
Check for applicable service letters
Completed the following pressure checks to ensure within OEM spec:
Engine rpm high & low idle
Engine oil high & low idle pressures
Fuel pressure
Full stall boost
Full stall speed
Transmission pump pressure
Transmission lube pressure - low/high
Transmission clutch pressures
Torque inlet pressure
Torque outlet pressure

Installed all NEW powertrain hoses

Repaired injector harness
Completed engine valve & injector set
Resealed pump controllers
Installed NEW pump couplings
Resealed starter
Resealed blade lift cylinders
Tested & serviced batteries & connections
Replaced all required hoses/lines
Completed required cab repairs
Completed misc repairs on machine
Greased machine
