DEMAG Company History:
DEMAG Cranes is a leading global provider and manufacturer of cranes and injection moulding machines. The company has maintained the leading position in the port technology construction equipment market along with Gottwald, since 1949. The well-established production locations in Europe and Asia currently employ over 3,000 people. Electric, hydraulic and hybrid machines are designed and manufactured on a constant basis since the founding of the company.
What are Demag Cranes and What are they used for?
DEMAG mobile cranes are types of equipment used in building and construction. Construction cranes are primarily used for the lifting and moving of heavy materials and can come in a variety of types. Overhead Cranes are often attached to a fixed based and can also be known as bridge cranes while mobile cranes, such as the DEMAG AC Cranes are suitable for easy travel over roads and fields thanks to the wheel based foundation. Customers looking for portable crane solutions should consider used DEMAG cranes. The DEMAG used cranes can be either standard or process cranes. The difference between the two is that, as opposed to being designed and manufactured from standardised modules, the process cranes are incorporated in the customer’s precise production procedures.
