Our reman parts bring the same high quality and long service life as new parts do, but at a lower cost. With AREMANO you reduce equipment downtime to a minimum and still receive a full warranty. You may also send us your used part, allowing for savings of up to 30% of the replacing reman price. Our policy is based on three pillars: 1. Reman - like new performance and appearance • disassembly: the part is completely dismantled and thoroughly inspected • cleaning: the part is cleaned and capped • inspection: our technicians inspect and measure all the components; all fluids, filters, sealing parts and bearings are replaced with genuine new ones; the same applies to components that are damaged or do not conform with manufacturer tolerances • assembly: the part is re-assembled and tested, ensuring it meets the original specifications and quality standards • painting: the part is painted for a protective finish 2. Price and warranty Our reman program is offered in two options, extended and normal. Prices are the best on the market and you are guaranteed to get great value for the money: • EXTENDED (GOLD) = warranty for 12 months but no more than 1500 working hours • NORMAL (SILVER) = warranty for 6 months but no more than 800 working hours 3. Return program • You may send your used part within 6 weeks from placing the reman order; our technicians will inspect and establish its fair value allowing you to save up to 30% of the cost • The objective is to remanufacture your part for our next customer; this is good for the environment and a win-win situation for everybody • You must send the used part freight prepaid and in rebuildable condition (complete structure, without being disassembled and completely drained); there are limitations to the program in the sense we cannot accept used parts if there are: -missing components -broken housings, castings or cases -internal rust -excessive gear or shaft damage
